As cliche as it may seem, we met on Match.com on Mike's 60th birthday at the beginning of December 2019. Mike had recently moved from New York to Boxboro, MA. He was trying to navigate his way in a new state and decided to try his luck online. AnnMarie was encouraged by a teacher friend to give Match a try as well, the stars aligned, and we matched!

We dated for about 3 months and the dreaded COVID descended upon us. It was a tough time, but happily, sparks were already flying. Navigating the next two years was tricky, but we had great fun meeting each other's families and growing in love with each other.

Since we met, we have enjoyed traveling to Mike's first home in Long Island and visiting with his friends and family. As soon as it was safe to travel we visited Mike's beloved Vero Beach, Florida.

As the pandemic was winding down and we were able to travel outside the country, Mike was able to travel with AnnMarie to the paradise known as Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada. Mike quickly grew to love the island, too.

Sports has always been an important part of our lives. For AnnMarie, of course it's the Bruins, Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox all the way. While Mike is a die hard fan of the Islanders, Jets, Mets and Knicks. We make it work!

Together we celebrate the love of God in our lives. And we are grateful to our family and friends for their support and continued friendship.

We can't wait to share our special day with you on August 9, 2025 on PEI! To make this an even more special day this date would have been Mike's parents 78th wedding anniversary.
